Operating Hours

Our hotel is committed to providing seamless service and security for our guests. Security and Housekeeping services are available 24/7, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. Guest Services operates daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while Maintenance is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for any assistance needed.

Guests can enjoy our Amenity Floor, which includes the adult and kiddie pools, gym, lounge, playground, and kid’s play area, exclusively available for registered hotel guests daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Kindly note that the swimming pools are closed every Monday for maintenance.

Our standard check-out time is 12:00 NN. Should you wish to extend your stay or request for a late check-out, kindly contact our Front Desk at 0919 061 7289.  Charges will apply for late check-out.

Any reported damage to Hotel property or loss of items will be subject to a corresponding fee, which must be settled prior to check-out.

In case of emergency, please contact the Front Desk via your intercom or at 0919 061 7289.

1. The No-Party Room Policy is strictly enforced in all guest rooms to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Visitors are welcome in the rooms until 10:00 PM, after which additional charges will apply. 
2. Bringing confetti or party poppers into the premises is strongly discouraged.
3. The use of karaoke machines, music amplifiers, and speakers is prohibited.
4. Excessive noise that may disrupt other guests is not permitted.

In compliance with government ordinance, the Hotel has strict non-smoking policy. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests PHP 10,000.00 for violations and/or damages.

Please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your doorknob for complete privacy. In such case, you may also request from Front Desk to take messages for you.

Liability for valuables and effects of the Hotel’s guest shall be governed by Article 1998 of The Civil Code of the Philippines. An in-room safe is provided in all rooms.



Firearms, ammunition, and deadly weapons are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. Guests who are permitted by law to carry firearms must endorse them for safekeeping upon arrival. Legitimate PNP / AFP personnel not on official duty must deposit their firearms with the appropriate documentation.

To arrange transportation, please make your bookings at least 24 hours in advance through our Front Desk.

Visitors are allowed from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Kindly leave the name of your expected guest with one of our Front Desk Staff and you shall receive a call once your guest has arrived. Visitors staying beyond 10:00 pm should be registered at the Front Desk and may be charged accordingly.

Other Foods with strong odor are prohibited even if sealed airtight.
