PET POLICY

If traveling with a pet, please declare them during reservation. Pets are subject to the Hotel’s Pet Regulations.
- Only one small-sized dog or cat weighing a maximum of 22 kg (50 lbs.) and measuring up to 60 centimeters (2 ft.) in height is permitted per room.
- Only pets belonging to the registered guest are allowed on the property. Guests with pets may only stay in the rooms specifically designated for pet accommodation.
- The definition of pets is limited to dogs and cats only. Dog breed restrictions apply, and cats are defined as domestic or housecats. No other animals, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and rabbits, are permitted on the premises.
- Pets must be declared by the guest before check-in.
- Upon check-in, a security deposit equivalent to Php 4,000/stay is required. The deposit will cover potential damages such as stained bedding, scratches on furniture, infestation, and lost revenue charges whilst the room is out of service due to cleaning and repairs. The security deposit will be returned to the registered guest after receipt of clearance that no damage was found, and no other extra cleaning efforts were required.
- A sanitation fee of Php 700 per day is applicable.
- Pets must not be left unattended. Any pet left alone for more than 48 hours will be considered abandoned. Subsequently, the registered guest shall be reported to the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) for alleged violation of R.A. 8485. The registered guest shall indemnify the Hotel Management for any costs, losses or damages which may result from such action being taken.
- All pets must have current and valid vaccinations, including anti-rabies. Proof of vaccination must be provided at check-in. All pets must be clean, well-groomed, and completely free of fleas and ticks. Pets should not be in heat or menstrual period during time of check in. Pets should not have been sick in the last 72 hours.
- Pets are allowed in common areas but are not allowed on the hotel furniture, inside the gym, function rooms, kid’s play area and pool area.
- Pets must always be kept on a leash, wear diapers and be confined to a crate or fenced area when left alone in the room.
- Guests are responsible for providing all necessary pet care equipment, except for pet bowls provided by the hotel.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
- Pet owners should bring vaccination records and provide the following:
- Pet’s food and vitamins
- Pet’s fence / crate / stroller / carrier
- Pet’s jumper or basket
- Pet’s toys
- Disposable bag
- Pee pad
- Diapers
- Scratch pole for cats
- The hotel is not liable for any pet-related issues unless caused by negligence.
- Pet owners must address any disturbances caused by their pets promptly.
- Aggressive or dangerous pets must be removed from the hotel immediately.
- Pets must be removed from the room during housekeeping service. The guest may call the Front Office Department to arrange a convenient time to service the room.
- Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the guest and must be paid immediately upon presentation of an invoice.
- Guests must adhere to the Pet Agreement; failure to do so may result in termination of the agreement.
- Guests bear full responsibility for any damages or incidents involving their pet. The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damages on demand.
- Pet owners agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Hotel Management, its owners, and employees from all liability, claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet(s).
- The hotel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The Pet Policy does not apply to service animals.
